Hormone Therapy

Feeling off isn't something to just live with.

Low testosterone, hormone shifts around perimenopause and menopause, and imbalances in progesterone or estradiol can show up as fatigue, mood changes, low libido, weight changes, or sleep that never feels restorative. HRT can help — when it's guided by real labs and a provider who's actually looking at your numbers, not a one-size-fits-all script.

Testosterone

For lab-confirmed low T

Often considered when fatigue, low libido, mood changes, or difficulty building muscle line up with a testosterone level below the normal range on your panel. Dosing is individualized and adjusted based on how you respond.

Progesterone

Often paired with estradiol

Commonly used to support sleep, mood, and cycle regularity, and to help balance the effects of estrogen therapy. Your provider will look at whether it fits your specific hormone picture.

Estradiol

Support through hormonal transitions

Considered for symptoms tied to perimenopause and menopause — hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes — and dosed based on your hormone panel and history.

What It Takes to Get Started

The same lab-first process as everything else here

HRT isn't something we approve off a questionnaire. Here's what's actually involved.

1. Hormone Panel

FSH/LH, prolactin, total and free testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, and a thyroid panel — the baseline every dosing decision is built on. See current pricing on our Labs page.

2. Telehealth Visit

A licensed provider reviews your labs and history with you directly before anything is approved — not an automated checkout.

3. Ongoing Monitoring

Dosing is adjusted based on follow-up labs, on a retest schedule your provider sets for you.

Currently available through our online program through the end of 2026. We'll let you know well ahead of time if that changes. Submit a request and our team will walk you through labs, cost, and next steps.
